3. Eligibility

- Provide accurate registration information
You may NOT use our Service if:
- You are under 18 years old

- You have been previously banned from our Service
4. User Accounts

Account Termination:

Payment Terms:

- Payment processed through Stripe
- You authorize recurring charges
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime through account settings
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until end of billing period
6. Acceptable Use
You MAY:

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Quorvm and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:
- Investment losses
- Lost profits or opportunity costs
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or errors
TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNT PAID IN PAST 12 MONTHS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quorvm from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your investment decisions
- Content you submit to our Service
- Your use or misuse of our Service
12. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with:
- Payment processors (Stripe)
- Data providers (stock market data)
- Analytics services
- Advertising networks
We are not responsible for third-party services, their privacy practices, or their terms.
13. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing with notice
- Update these Terms at any time
- Suspend Service for maintenance
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: Delaware law, USA
Dispute Resolution:
- First, contact us to resolve informally
- If unresolved, binding arbitration (NOT class action)
- Arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules
- Each party pays own arbitration costs
YOU WAIVE RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute entire agreement
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce doesn't waive our rights
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not
- Force Majeure: We're not liable for events beyond our control
